ⓘTimex
Timex has expanded its Harry Potter watch collection with a new Expedition Scout model that incorporates some of the franchise’s most recognizable symbols. The new Harry Potter x Timex Expedition Scout (TW6A05700) combines the familiar design of Timex’s outdoor-oriented watch series with numerous references to the fictional wizard. More importantly, it has a nice party trick hidden under the dial.
The watch features a predominantly black dial with large Arabic numerals and a seconds hand shaped like Harry Potter’s iconic lightning scar. However, the most interesting details are only visible when the Indiglo backlight is activated. When activated, it illuminates the outline of Harry’s signature round glasses on the dial, a clever nod to the character without permanently cluttering the dial.
Under the Harry Potter branding, this is a conventional Expedition Scout with a 40mm black brass case measuring 10.5mm thick, a mineral crystal, and a quartz movement powered by a CR2016 battery. The hands and hour markers are luminous, while the 20mm black fabric strap features leather tabs. The case back is engraved with the Harry Potter logo and the watch offers 50 meters of water resistance.
The new model joins the larger Harry Potter x Timex collaboration, which already includes several Hogwarts-themed Weekender watches and fancier offerings like the Waterbury Skeleton Automatic.
Interestingly, the watch is already listed in several international markets. Timex India’s official website offers the TW6A05700X6 for ₹15,495 ($162) while European retailers list the corresponding reference TW6A05700. Spanish retailer Watchard has it on sale for 169 euros, while Polish retailer Zegarek.net is offering it for 749 PLN ($190). Holland Watch Group identifies it as part of Timex’s Autumn/Winter 2026 collection and offers it for $170 with import duties included. There is no indication that the watch is exclusive to a particular market. While its exact original launch date is unclear, several retailers are identifying it as a new arrival.
