Apple TV today released the trailer for the second season of “Where’s Wanda?”, a German-language dark comedy that will return to service on October 21. Watch it below.
“Where’s Wanda?” returns October 21st
Almost two years ago, “Where’s Wanda?” debuted on Apple TV, following the Klatt family as they searched for their missing daughter, the titular Wanda.
After becoming frustrated with the police’s failures to locate her, the Klatts decide to take matters into their own hands, uncovering their neighbors’ dark secrets along the way.
The debut season of “Where’s Wanda?” ran for eight episodes. The show returns on October 21st with another eight-episode series, with new episodes premiering every Wednesday until December 9th.
Here’s Apple TV’s take on what to expect from Season 2 of “Where’s Wanda?”:
In season 2, the Klatts (Makatsch and Stein) are back! Just as they thought their lives were finally returning to normal, their daughter, Wanda (Drinda), is caught apparently red-handed next to a dead body. They will have to do everything in their power to prove her innocence and avoid losing her again, as their investigation to find the real killer takes them into the criminal underbelly of their sleepy suburban town. But will their attempt to protect their family get them out of trouble or, ultimately, lead them further astray? And can they uncover the truth about what happened on that fateful day before it’s too late?
