Tim Cook, Elton John and King Charles showed up at Apple Music Hall to meet young people participating in the new Apple x King’s Trust Creative Labs.

Apple offers many educational experiences for young engineers and developers around the world. One is through a partnership with the King’s Trust, which seeks to help young people explore potential career paths.

According to a post from the royal family and Apple Music on Instagram, the king, Tim Cook and Elton John met the young creatives at Battersea Power Station. After their meeting, they all witnessed the sound check performed by Skye Newman before her live performance at Apple Music Hall.

The Apple x King’s Trust Creative Labs offer the opportunity to learn from Apple experts in various creative fields. The King’s Trust celebrates its 50th year with support from Apple and Elton John.

The visit also highlighted Apple’s work at Battersea Power Station to revitalize the music venue within it. There was already an Apple Store inside, but now there is the Apple Music Hall.

Additional reports from The BBC shared that Prophet Guillory, Apple Music’s head of artist services, tools and community, was there to welcome the group. The king complimented Guillory on his work.

It was a simple visit that highlighted Apple’s work and the King’s Trust’s investment in the future of young people in creative endeavors. Other global initiatives include an Apple Education Hub in India and an Apple Manufacturing Academy in the United States.
