Apple Music appears to be rolling out a new logo, as spotted in several places, including iOS 27 beta 3.
The new Apple Music logo uses a bolder font and lowercase style
When Apple announced the opening of Apple Music Hall last month, it showed off a never-before-seen new logo.
You can see the new logo on the venue’s official website here, with a light version in the header and a dark version in the footer.
At the time, however, it was unclear whether the logo would remain exclusive to the venue brand. Its bold character matches that of the overall look of the Apple Music Hall.
Since then, however, Apple has used the new logo in Instagram Reels which have no relation to Apple Music Hall. And today Aaron Perris found proof of this in iOS 27.2 beta 3.
Apple Music’s official website still has the old look, but if we learned anything from Apple’s slow transition from Apple TV+ to Apple TV last year, it’s that the company can take its time with rebrands.
A name change is a much bigger undertaking than a new logo, but it’s understandable that Apple might take a similar approach to launching the redesigned Apple Music logo.
